This website presents the Black Ranger Compute Exchange and accepts applications for a closed Founding Beta. Marketplace functions described on the site — including verification, matching, deployment, metering, settlement, and payments — are not enabled for public use at this time.

Submitting an application or a compute request does not create a contract, does not constitute acceptance into the Founding Beta, and does not constitute verification, capacity approval, deployment approval, pricing commitment, or any commercial agreement. Every application is reviewed by an administrator, and we may accept, waitlist, decline, or take no action on any application.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the organization you name. Do not submit confidential information belonging to a third party, credentials, secrets, network addresses, or other sensitive infrastructure detail through these forms.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Administrative access is granted only by us and cannot be self-assigned. Do not attempt to access accounts, records, or administrative functions that are not yours.

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, probe or bypass its access controls, submit automated or repeated applications, scrape the site, or use it in violation of applicable law. We may decline applications and restrict access at our discretion.

The marketplace fee described on this site is 10% of eligible customer compute charges, stated for transparency. No fees are charged through this site today, and no payment processing is enabled.

The site, its content, and its software are owned by Black Ranger Software, Inc. See the copyright and intellectual-property notice for details on permitted use.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee that any application will receive a response.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes relating to these terms are to be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
