About

An operator-led compute exchange.

Black Ranger Compute is a division of Black Ranger Software, Inc. Its primary product is the Black Ranger Compute Exchange.

The exchange connects verified providers of GPU and AI-compute capacity with customers who need raw GPU rental, batch processing, AI inference, private endpoints, reserved capacity, and managed compute services.

Black Ranger Compute does not own the listed hardware. Most compute capacity is supplied by independent providers. The company operates the marketplace, the verification system, the matching process, the workload-control layer, metering, the ledger, and the settlement system.

The operating principle is straightforward: more for the provider, less for the customer, with a transparent 10% marketplace fee and no hidden deductions.

Principles

  • Fairness. A single published fee, applied consistently.
  • Transparency. Charges, proceeds, and fees recorded separately and immutably.
  • Verification. Capacity is admitted through review, not self-declaration.
  • Choice. Providers and customers select the commitment types that suit them.
  • Professional management. Operational decisions are recorded and auditable.
