Privacy Policy

The site has three application forms — provider application, customer compute request, and partner application. Each one records only the fields shown on the form. Across those forms this can include your name, your organization or provider name, your email address, country and region, and the technical or business details you choose to type into the description fields.

You are not required to submit an application. If you do not submit one, we hold no application record about you.

If you create an account, authentication is handled by our hosting provider’s authentication service. It stores your email address and, depending on the method you choose, a password hash or the fact that you signed in with Google. Account confirmation and sign-in emails are sent by that authentication service.

A profile record is created for your account containing your email address and, if supplied at sign-up, your name and company name.

To limit repeated automated submissions, the server derives a one-way hash from the network address of the connection submitting a form, together with the form name and a timestamp. The network address itself is not stored, and the hash is not used to identify you or combined with your application record.

The site does not use analytics services, advertising services, tracking pixels, or marketing cookies. Cookies and browser storage are used only to keep you signed in.

Application information is used to review your application, to contact you at the email address you provided about that application, and to operate the Founding Beta review process. Account information is used to sign you in and to determine what you may access.

We do not sell information, and we do not send marketing email from this site.

Applications are stored in a protected database. Access is enforced by the database itself, not only by the interface: administrators and operations staff can read and review applications; a signed-in applicant can read their own record if it is linked to their account; nobody else can read them. Internal review notes, review decisions, and other applicants’ records are never available to the public.

The site is hosted on Lovable Cloud, which stores the database, files, and authentication data on our behalf. Google is involved only if you choose Google sign-in. No other third-party service receives this information.

Applications and audit records are retained as part of an append-only review record: status changes are recorded rather than overwritten, and application records are not automatically deleted. We have not yet set a fixed retention period. If you want your application withdrawn or removed, contact us through the contact page and we will tell you what we can do.

Access to application and administrative data is enforced on the server and in the database through authentication, role checks, and row-level access rules. Traffic to the site is served over HTTPS. We do not claim any certification, audit, or compliance program, and none should be inferred.

You can decline to submit an application, and you can choose which optional fields to complete. To ask a question about your information, or to request correction or withdrawal, use the contact page. This policy does not attempt to state rights under any particular privacy statute; if a specific law applies to you, tell us in your request.
